Brian “Yosh” Yoshioka, L.Ac., MATCM, BA Psychology, license # CA 19300“Yosh” is a graduate of Yo San University in Los Angeles, CA. He first became interested in acupuncture in the 1990’s when he was successfully treated by a family friend for food poisoning. He went on to live in Japan and became very well acquainted with acupuncture, Tai Chi and Qi Gong. Upon returning to the States, he dove deep into the study and practice of Tai Chi which was the catalyst for him to study acupuncture and TCM - Traditional Chinese Medicine. Acupuncture is a skill set that requires both physical dexterity and mental acuity. With those finely tuned, and in focus, the job satisfaction of being able to help people make their lives better cannot be topped.
